    Chief Technology Officer

    SmartONE Solutions

    Built the technology organization from the ground up — about 40 people by year three, about 80 at the close — and a cloud IoT platform serving 40,000+ users and 30,000+ connected homes.

  2. 2017 — 2019

    Co-Founder & Director of Operations

    Lantern Institute

    Co-founded the institute and ran mentorship programs for hundreds of users, with leaders across tens of Canadian financial institutions. Built the platform and the AI training tools that replaced manual coordination.

  3. 2015 — 2017

    Technical Co-Founder

    NuPhysics Inc.

    Co-founded the company and owned the stack end to end. Scientific simulation software for universities, so students could run and study physical simulations in coursework, on Angular, Go, Node.js, and Java Spring, with Docker and AWS.

    Software Development & Structural Analysis

    UTC Aerospace Systems

    Built engineering automation for aircraft bearings analysis and authored the Stress Repair Manual for the CRJ700/900/1000 landing gear series.
